Learning to Let Go of Bad Habits

We all have habits we consider 'bad' or unhealthy, even destructive. We don't seemingly want to do them, but do them anyway, as if we are trapped. Buddha's astounding insights into the mind gives us the tools to understand how and why we create compulsive patterns of behavior, and consequently how we can let go of them and create the meaningful and joyful life that we actually want.

Julia Strohm has been teaching Buddhist meditation on the upper West side for over six years.
